Stylescape is an AI-powered virtual wardrobe and styling application that allows you to:

• Upload and manage garment photos
• Generate virtual try-on images using AI technology
• Create and save outfit combinations
• Receive AI-powered styling recommendations
• Share outfits with the community

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• One account per person; no sharing accounts

3.2 Account Security

• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or harass other users
• Upload inappropriate content

4. User Content and Conduct

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to:

• Process and store your images
• Generate AI-based virtual try-on images
• Display your content within the App
• Use anonymized data to improve our AI models

4.2 Content Guidelines

You agree NOT to upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains nudity or sexually explicit material
• Depicts minors inappropriately
• Contains malware or viruses
• Infringes on others' privacy

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review and remove content that violates these Terms
• Suspend users who repeatedly violate guidelines
• Report illegal content to authorities

5. AI-Generated Images

5.1 Virtual Try-On Technology

• AI-generated images are approximations and may not be 100% accurate
• Results depend on photo quality, lighting, and garment type
• We do not guarantee perfect fit or appearance

5.2 Ownership of AI Images

• You own the AI-generated outfit images created from your photos
• We may use anonymized versions for marketing with your consent
• You can delete AI-generated images at any time

5.3 No Guarantees

• Virtual try-on is for visualization purposes only
• We are not responsible for purchasing decisions based on AI images
• Actual garment fit and appearance may differ

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Free and Premium Plans

• Free users receive limited outfit generations per month
• Premium subscribers get unlimited access and exclusive features
• Pricing is displayed in the App and may change with notice

6.2 Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Refunds are subject to platform policies

6.3 Cancellation

• You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our IP

All App content, features, and functionality are owned by Stylescape and protected by:

• Copyright
• Trademark
• Patent
• Trade secret laws

7.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

We may earn commissions from purchases made through affiliate links in the App. This does not affect your purchase price.

8.3 No Endorsement

We do not endorse third-party products or services featured in the App.

9. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accurate or complete AI results
• Compatibility with all devices
• Data security (though we implement best practices)

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party actions or content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of others' rights
• Your uploaded content

12. Dispute Resolution

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Termination

You can delete your account at any time through the App settings.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Harm other users or the App

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the App ends immediately
